A.M. And P.M. Yoga for Beginners (DVD, 2003)

I think if I would have reviewed the Seller's Negative Feedback before I purchased with them, I would not have made a purchase with them. They had a UNBELIEVABLE purchase agreement that they added to their check out which terms are NOT represented in their ad. I wouldn't agree to it and sent them a check instead of purchasing through their checkout. It seems they have had delivery problems in the past and wanted to pass the blame onto their buyers with their new agreement. Ultimately it is their responsibility to send the purchased item within a reasonable amount of time. I emailed them twice to let them know I was sending a check instead of buying through their checkout because of their purchase agreement...they never responded. A few days later I received another invoice from them telling me to purchase the item through their checkout. Again, I emailed them to let them know my troubles with their checkout and that I had already mailed my payment to them. They never responded so I called them. Their customer service department was EXCELLENT! They apologized for the invoice and told me they would ship the item immediately...which they did not do. They waited until after my check to clear (which is understandable...just don't tell me you're sending the item when you're not) and I eventually received the item. It was in good condition. Overall...I wouldn't purchase through this seller again due to their negative feedback and additional purchase agreement they added to their checkout. But I will note their customer service department was very good.
