A Bug's Life (PlayStation, 1998)

This game has some flaws in the animation (it was one of the first to try for true 3D action and POVs) but the challenges more than make up for it. Based on the movie of the same name, the main character is Flik, the nonconformist ant who finds a better way to do things. In the game, he gathers grain, fights nasty bugs, and collects the letters of his name to get a new life. (Hint: if you keep doing the Training Level over and over, you can get up to 9 lives to start instead of the default 3. You don't have to complete the whole thing --just collect F-L-I-K, get the extra life, save, then come back and do it over. You can also go back to Training and get more lives between levels. VERY helpful!) You have to find and sprout seeds, collect coins, etc. to solve various challenges -- and if you get the Gold Berry on each level, you can knock out those grasshoppers for good! The only complaint i have is that the controls for saving a game and starting a game are confusing, so I erased a game the first time around. But I still give it 5 stars!

It's a great to little kid they enjoy playing a lot because the aventure it's the most fabulous. They enjoyed search all area to find the exit at the must unsuspectious area. They never want to finish playing and they laught a lot.

this was a game i always played i love it no matter how old i am. i just need to remember where all the things are at now and thats not easy

My boy loves this game,and his oter one broke. So we ordered this one,and I told him to take care of it. As far as the sellar goes,they were great.A++++

I had this game a long time ago! It was quite a challenge then! This game is pretty tough! I though it was a kid game so it was be easy! HUH!

it seems like a good game -- much more action than i thought it would be on it -- a bit too hard for my younger daughters to play but all together a great time

I had this game gave it to mu 5 year old nephew he really loves to play it. His 3 year old siter broke it. SO being the great aunt that i am i bought this one for him. see him play it and really love it and playing it with him is a great feeling. what i like about this game is that it is easy for younger kids to play and love it. Why i did i buy it. because my nephew loves to play it..

For Disney fans this is a game for you. It has some challenges and very fun to play. The graphics are good and kids and adults that are kids at heart and want a game to relax too this is the one for you.

Well i use to own this game when i was like twelve and a few months ago i saw the movie and i decided to see if i could get it. I think its a great game with a good story to it and very fun interactive play. I decided to buy it because i think is good game to add to my collection.

A very cute game...if your kids - or you - liked the movie, you'll probably enjoy this game...simple enough for the younger ones to do as well

My son is obsessed with all things disney/pixar. Bugs life happens to be one of his favorites. He constantly surfed ebay looking for items he likes, it was the right price at the right time. He has enjoyed it immensely.

I bought a bugs life because my daughter wanted it.I bought it because it's a good game for children no violence,ther is nothing I dislike about it.

Great game for kids, they love it! I don't blame them, I enojyed it quite a bit myself. MUCH FUN HERE!

An enjoyable game. This is not a fast paced adventure game so it is easier for younger children to play but is still interesting for adults. A friend that I used to stay with had the game and really liked it. I like to play when I just want to relax. It is a low stress game that still provides a good amount of adventure.

I got this for my 2 boys for Christmas. They love it. It is a great game. I do not dislike anything about this. The deal was really nice. Thank you!
