First Sunday (DVD, 2008)

I really enjoyed this movie as did my family. This movie so hilarious and I even got a song off of this movie to teach our youth church choir for a program we had.

This movie is truly funny with a good message it is a delight to have in my collection. I would recomend anyone to watch this movie.

I love anything with Kat Williams in it, so I expected to enjoy this one, but was really surprised at how good it was. Several of the actors were even funnier than I would have thought they would be.

Hilarious! Kat Williams and Ice Cube do it again! This is a comedy about two men deciding to rob a church. However, an unexpected turn takes the two men over the edge and keeps them from stealing from the church.

Didn't really dislike it. It is a good comendy & this place sent the movie fast I got in like 2 days of winning it... Thanks so much Khay6303

I love Ice Cube's movies. They are never a disappointment. He's clean family fun or he can be an action hero. I loved the movie, all the characters were great!

Great New Laughs Out Loud Througout The Total Movie. Some of the lease known Black entertainers from TV shows of the past. This DVD revolves around basically one location. The Church in Rundown neighberhood like we have in the intercity today as all want to move to the Suburbs. The roles played by Tracy and Ice cube were well written and directed by a new and up and coming New Director who did probably his best work and needs a deserved reward for his great casting. This film has a PG 13 and fun for the whole family to watch. It brings the truth out about a Church is trying to survive in Modern Times.

I recommed older children to review their Beliefs and try to keep all a Family together as support for each other.

I was not happy about this film. I found it a stupid, waste of time and money.
I got it b/c Katt was in it, but still was not entertaining enough.

I watched this without expecting much, but was pleasantly surprised. I thought Katt Williams was hilarious and, while, the plot was rather predictable, it still presents a good message about mistakes and redemption.

I like the product that I purchased. I purchased it solely for my own private collection. I am pleased that I received the item sooner than expected and also in the condition stated prior to purchase. I will definitely order again from this individual.

This movie was not as funny as I thought it was going to be but I give it a Thumbs up because I've seen worst. I got the concept behind it but it just wasn't that funny but I do recommend that you see it, the movie truly wasn't that bad. I had got it because someone recommend it but I realize that some people idea in what is funny and mine is not the same.

I didn't expect much from this movie, I only expected the parts with Katt Williams in it to be funny. AND I was right. So I was satisfied with the movie. So unless you like Katt Williams, you won't like this movie, the rest of it was horrible. So my rating is solely based on his performance, he is a funny guy.

It turns out to be a very funny movie with Christian values. Hilarious plot - the two guys are down on their luck and are out to rob this church when the members of the church touch their hearts and the guys have a change of heart.

This movie was very funny it shows what some people are willing to do for a loved one even rob a church.

I bought the DVD believing Kat Williams would have a larger and funnier role. No such luck. Of course, Ice Cube is not a comedian, and neither is Traci Morgan in my view. The movie was horrible and I had to keep fast forwarding so that I would not fall asleep. The film's trailor was the funniest part. I'm glad I did not pay much for it. Advice: borrow it, don't waste money renting.

I like all the comedians in the movie. It is very funny. I would tell anybody to go see this movie with their family.

I like the movie mainly because of the Christian message at the end. It showed that no matter what circumstance you are in, God will help you thru it. I liked the story line, the characters and the message that good people sometimes make bad choices.
