OK, so I have heard mixed reviews about this phone because some people get what this phone is all about and some don't. This phone is a RUGGED PHONE. That's it. It is absolutely THE BEST option if you want a phone that will hold up to the daily wear and tear that cell phones are subjected to and be completely unaffected. It is absolutely waterproof, it doesn't break from falls onto my tile floors, concrete, etc., and it just WORKS. It doesn't have an amazing camera or a million song capacity or a bunch of awesome games because people who want this phone usually don't give a crap about that. What is does have is text messaging, a standard camera, BLUETOOTH, and DURABILITY. If you are considering buying this phone because you keep breaking or drowning phones, stop considering and do it. This is an AMAZING phone. Oh, and NO OTHER phone can be completely submerged in water other than the line of G'z one phones. The rest are "water resistant". I have dropped mine in water a dozen times already just to show people that it really does keep working. GET THIS PHONE YOU WON"T BE SORRY

I am totally impressed by the toughness of this phone. I should have purchased one long ago, but now I have one that is totally great.

This is an awesome phone. It's very easy to use and has many wonderful features. I would highly recommend this phone to anyone who works outdoors or who isn't very easy with their phone. Also this seller is wonderful and I would buy from again...very honest and accurate!

Phone was in like new condition as described. Shipping was good. Problem with charger, but new one was sent within a week or two. Will purchase from them again.

Exactly what I needed as an active outside girl. Long battery life for hikes. Water proof. The shape is bulky and unattractive, but the functions and quality of gear makes up for it.

Great phone. The only thing I don't like about it, is that the type is so small it's hard to see, otherwise it's great. I'm rough on phones, so hopefully this one will last me a while

I had a great deal of difficulty trying to pay for this phone. I even spent over 2 hours chatting with the help desk at ebay and they weren't able to resolve the problem. I finally had to call the seller and pay for the phone over the telephone. The next day they took the payment out of my paypal account. I called and was promised an "immediate" refund. Five days later (after I posted my review on ebay) I received a phone call from the seller. They did give me an IMMEDIATE (five minutes later) refund. The phone occassionally turns itself off during a conversation. They graciously offered to either replace the phone or give me a new battery and extend the warranty. We opted for the extended warranty and new battery, with the understanding that if this didn't resolve the problem, we would be able to return the phone and obtain a replacement or refund. I realize a lot of the problem is due to the extremely heavy sales volume during and immediately after Christmas. I do feel that they have satisfactorily resolved my complaints and I would be willing to purchase from them again.

I bought this phone because we own a trucking business where drivers are always tearing up thier cell phones. I wanted a good used cheap phone and this matched what I was looking for. Good phone for the money. This phone can take a lick and still keep working. If your rough on a phone due to your job, this would work for you. It doesnt look new but the seller described it as having wear on it. They were very accurate and had good shipping time.

I have bought 4 of these phones now. Three for the rugged outdoor hunter, fishermen in my life. They are great. One for a friend's wife who has lost most of her hearing but the sound quality is so loud and clear on this phone she can hear great through these phones. I love this phone! I wanted a phone that would last more than a quarter year for once. I've heard numerous good things about the G'Zone and decided to go with it for it's durability. The phone had a few more scratches than I expected but there again, I got it for it's durability, not its looks. I've already dropped it 3- times and it hasn't skipped a beat. So far, I really like this phone and it was priced well.

The phone was not the same phone in the photo .It looked new the phone i got looks like crap.I ask for a refund .

I bought this phone for my son.It has great battery life.It lasts 5 days on a charge and my son is major texter.Very good reception.It gets up to 4 bars at our house where all the other phones that we've had would only get 2 bars at the most.Would definately recomend this phone to others.
