Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock (Playstation 3, 2007)

Overall this game receives about a 6/10. Let's break it down...

Graphics - 6/10
Come on...I can see bumpers smashing in racing games, more blood than I care to see in shooter games, and even chocolate bubbling in the pond in a children's game... and I can't get better graphics than this for my favorite XBox 360 game? Better luck on Guitar Hero 4. The one improvement I have enjoyed is the better display hud (your score).

Sound – 10/10
Some of the songs aren't the greatest sound quality (like Boston) but the sound is as good as Guitar Hero predecessors. Overall the track list was top notch. I'd love to see some more popular songs for some of my less savvy classic rock friends, but overall the music is great and will keep you rocking all night long.

Judging this game against Guitar Hero 1 and 2, it is a better game and worthy of a sequel. However, judging it against the new Rock Band... it loses some appeal because Rock Band offers more options for more people (mic and drums). If you're looking for a game that will give you awesome songs, lots of fun for all skill levels, and a 4-player mode, you should go with Rock Band. (note: the Rock Band guitar sucks so you'll want to use a Guitar Hero guitar)

The new wireless Gibson guitar that comes in the Guitar Hero 3 package is a must have. It's a little easier to hold than previous guitars, I think the buttons are slightly easier to use, and although I thought being wireless might affect some play I can't notice any lag or difficulties.

Excellent game... looking forward to a sequel.

Now with a wireless guitar you can play your rock music freely. Great game, contains lots of classic songs that will keep you moving. Graphics enhanced a bit. Levels got harder. And in some levels when you play encore you have to compete with the computer instead of just playing the song alone. Makes the game more exciting. Includes an option for online which adds in the fun. I highly recommend this game at a reasonable price. Get it for this holiday season.

Me and the wife are pretty competitive and love to battle in guitar hero 3. Never played guitar hero 1 or 2 but this is a great game. alot of well known songs but many I have never even heard of. Over all great game.

Newest edition is the online play which is great. The song list is great, making this a very fun game!

It's a lot of fun to play. The game is great and the music is rockin'! The only problem we've noticed is that the guitar needs to be recalibrated on a regular basis because it's not fully compatible with HDTVs. Whatever will GH III do after February 19th?!?!

I would suspect as people find this out, sales will decline. The game controller needs to be more compatible with High Def.

The wireless Guitar for the PS3 was easy to synch with the system, handles well, feels great, and has excellent response - - Love the whammy bar which rotates so you can place it where it is most comfortable. You can also use a regular controler so you don't need two guitars to play the co-op modes or challenge modes.

Fantastic game play, nice mix of rock songs from classic to punk this game will challenge your fingers, your ears, your eyes, & your mind. Easy thru Expert settings so it is fun for all skill levels. You can be on different levels in the two player modes as well.

Our family thought this game was worth every penny. We got lots of games for Christmas & this is the one we keep playing. You will love it.

I love the fact that Todd types like a 3rd grader, and expects people to trust his judgement on a video game. He clearly doesn't have the intelligence to grade a pre-shcooler's coloring project, let alone a video game.

I test games for a living and compared two guitar hero 2 it. is not that great.
Please do not buy it you are wasting your time. but honestly if you love guitar hero you will buuy it anyway. just for the new songs.

It's awesome, fun and easy to play. The graphics rock. The music is one of the best parts. All my favorite older songs. The kids love it and they can already beat me!

I bought the NewPhone 74205 three weeks ago and was immediately impressed with the number of features available on this inexpensive phone. It has a 1M-pixel camera, video camera, and speakerphone. The NewPhone's size is perfect for carrying in a pocket and the battery has a pretty good lifespan of roughly 4 hours. My only complaint is that the menu system on the phone makes you click four times before you can find someone in the address book, set an alarm, or perform a additional functions. Other phones I've owned have simpler menus and get you to important features easily. Overall, I'd recommend the phone if you're on a budget.

The Guitar Hero bundle that I bought was in excellent condition. Haven't had any problems with any of the items. This was well worth what I payed for.
