974 4-Line Corded Phone

Unfortunately, because of high fuel prices, big business, and government competition, the office has closed and all equipment has been getting auctioned off.
The good news is that you now have the opportunity to own what I believe is one of the best AT & T Small Business Telephones, the model 974.

We currently use this phone in our office. We had purchased another newer model, but it wasn't compatiable. So we wanted to make sure that it would work with our current system. This phone is wonderful for a small office environment. My only complaint is there doesn't seem to be any way to hook up hold music to this withou a computer phone system. Don't really care for the "dead air" while on hold, but haven't figured out a way around it without buying a $2000 network!

Able to use with "on hold" messaging. Needed an answering machine compatible with other phones in office.

This phone is perfect for any small buisness especially a pizza shop. Called Id and 4 lines can't ask for anything more.

THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL PRODUCT THAT IS EASY TO LEARN TO NAVIGATE ITS FUNCTIONS. WE NEEDED THE EXPANDABLE LINE ABILITY AND IT SERVES OUR NEEDS PERFECTLY. HAS A DIFFERENT RING TO IT DEPENDING ON WHICH LINE IS BEING USED AND THE RING TONE IS EASY ON THE EARS.

The seller did compromise and make good on thephone which is a nice quality phone, very clear, etc. It was supposed to have the power cord and didnt so i had togo out and buy one which should have been part of the phone but we compromised and they did reimburse me 50% and that seemedfair to me

I have still not received the product. I have not received a refund either! I am not happy with this transaction.
