90 Minutes in Heaven by Cecil Murphey, Don Piper (2008, Hardcover, Special)

Enjoyed it very much. But since it is only a book of excerpts from the whole book, I will have to get the book from the library to read the whole thing,

I always end up giving it away because it is such a good read. Really makes a person realize their purpose on earth. Quick read, draws you right in. I read it in 2 days.

I recommend it to my friends.

This book has been highly recommended by several people, this is why I bought it. This is actually a real account in someones life. Nice to hear of God's work in someone else's life too. Praise the Lord!! Will pass this book around to several others, a quick read, well written, kept me teary eyed.

I love christian books, and a hospice nurse taking care of my mom here at my house told me about this book. When I seen it on Ebay, I decided to buy it. My mother is very sick and has only a few more months to live, and this book has opened up my mine about dying. We dont like to think about our parents dying, then when I read this book, 90 Minutes in Heaven by Cecil Murphey, Don Piper, it has opened my eyes about dying. I know when she dies, she will be with the Lord, and be with my dad. Reading books like this makes me deal with letting her go when the time is here. Thank you for your great writing on this book and helping me in my daily life with my mom.

the book is great and I have no doubt this is a true story. I met Don at a revival, he is a Baptist minister, and he has the scars to prove his story. My son ALMOST had to wear this device over 20 years ago to make his leg grow, (a child hurt him and broke his hip, making his growth placelets die (he developed avascular necrosis, (but he chose to have his leg shortened. I thank the Lord for that because I do not think I could mentally have handled it. I wish Don well and as good of health as God will give him in his future as I am sure he would wish for my son who suffers some of the same problems he has.kenc7195

The book is a very real to life experience of what could happen to you. This particular book was the 2nd version. The 1st was the best in my opinion. I purchased it as a gift for a friend in hopes it may help in their life here on earth.

I was told by a friend that this book was wonderful. My granddaughter at the age of three was with my son in their car tavelling when a drunk driver hit them, killing my wonderful son and almost her. She had the experience of dying and being sent back from heave. She was only three at the time, so she could not have made up the story. I bought this book and it was lovely.

I found this book to be boring and preachy. It was very repetitive - he seemed like a student writing a report requiring a certain number of words. He just kept saying the same things over and over again with different wording.
