I bought this book thinking it was THE NEW 8-Week Cholesterol Cure by Robert E. Kowalski. You ONLY want the new book, which is fantastic. This 1987 book is out dated, & you must be careful about ebayer sellers that mislead you into thinking you are buying an updated version/ edition. Unless the title says "The NEW" don't be fooled like I was!

This book has changed my life!! The information is sound medically accurate. If you follow the program you will lower your cholesterol. The muffin recipes in the back are great and so easy to make. Give this book a try if you struggle to get your cholesterol in check. It works!
