  8 Min in Morn (8MM) great book! Makes sense! It works!

I borrowed this book from the library first. The plan is a 28 day diet/exercise program. So when only three weeks were up, I had to renew the book at the library in order to finish the program. That's when I decided I needed to own this book! It works. Most everything Jorge Cruise says makes sense and works! I copied the eating cards out of the book, and the Food List and the excercises! I shared the book with friends and everyone is getting results! His good fat discussion opened my eyes to satisfying, good tasting food. He has even gotten me to boost up my vegetable intake. His emphasis on the Morning makes sense, apparently its psychological and physically more successful and makes a bigger impact on changeing your habits and your body. I'm on my third pass thru the program. Each day what you need to do is spelled out for you. Cant get easier! Just stick to it.

I bought "8 Minutes in the Morning" by Jorge Cruise for my mother. I already own a copy and I love it! It is so easy to do the 2 simple routines in the morning and I noticed my shape started changing after the first week, even though I wasn't following his "Eat Fat to Get Fit Plan"!
The book is informative on other issues relating to weight loss, nutrition and why certain diets don't work for you. Jorge Cruise speaks in terms you can understand and he never says that you "have to do something" his way. He leaves it completely up to you how you want to follow the plan. He also talks about his personal life and family.
The book is inspirational in that you get the feeling he really knows you and cares for you. There are lots of little tips spread out through the book too that give you easy things to do to keep you on track physically and mentally. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this book to anyone who not only wants to lose weight, but also change the shape of their body. It really works!

I haven't started this program, because I wanted to start on a Monday. I have read most of the book and I am excited to get started. The program this book suggests seems like a great way to lose weight in a healthful way.

Very good book that I checked out from the library, but have since decided to buy.
I am in pretty good shape, I lost my weight calorie counting and now I am just toning, but I wanted a simple book with short weight exercises that I could do with my walking workout to improve my arm, chest and back tone.
This book was worth the price just on the advice on how to choose the right set of weights!
These are very simple but they really do work. I have bursitis in my hips and some of the exercises I can not do comfortably, so I just go back to the previous days instead!
There are so many different exercises in this book that you WILL find plenty to do no matter what degree of fitness you are at.
The food and nutrition sections are very interesting. I already have my nutrition and serving size down so I do not plan on following his dietary advice, but I can see how it is very unique and easy to follow.

Everyone has 8 minutes they can use to get fit - this book is perfect for our rushing society.

What I love most about this book is the author gives you alternate workouts, which coupled together help keep your body off balance, meaning it won't get used to the same old routine and stop producing results. The diets tips are great too and the supplements are a added bonus. I have been a health nut for about 10 years and never realize the reason why I wasn't getting the body results from my workouts was because they were basically the same. It goes to show you that you can never learn too much and its best to keep researching and applying! I highly recommend this book for anyone who is really serious about making life changes that will last until the end!

I had read about this book and decided to try it. I like that it only takes 8 minutes. You do only 2 different exercises per day, 12 reps of one, 12 reps of the other until you have done both 4 times. The exercises vary throughtout the 4 week program. I do the exercises, but mostly disregard the diet stuff, I am trying to just eat less. This is a very helpful book, everything is spelled out and there are cards which you can copy if you choose to check off the amounts of things you have eaten throughout the day. There is also an option to communicate with Jorge Crusie via email to get support from him and others who are trying the diet.

I just read the book, can't wait to start, this could be the best diet solution ever, no expensive equipment or gym to join, just a few weights & excerise mat, easy to fit into any home, of course walking is recommended as with any program. Who can't set aside 8 min in their busy schedule.
