I found this book at my local library, and have been checking it out continuously for a month now. I love this book and how it has worked for me, the exercises are very easy and you use only common household items such as a chair and kitchen timer and it works many muscles, and eight minutes is really all you do!!! I can already tell a difference in my muscle tone. And the meal plans and food lists are realistic and you can eat just about everything, (of course only in moderation). I have lost almost six pounds in the one month that I have been using this book, so yes I say it does work.
I highly recommend this book to anyone who hates a major workout and has problems sticking to a diet plan, like me, because this is so simple to do, you will see results!! Good luck!
