Exactly what I was Looking For

The Good:
The blackjack is just a beautiful phone. Very slim for a smart phone of its time. The screen is large and bright. All of the side buttons are easy to get to and I have no trouble with hitting them accidentally. The keyboard is absolutely perfect. Nice responsive keys that you can feel "click" when you push them. MicroSD port is located on the side rather than under the battery, which I have seen with a lot of smart phones of this generation. All special function keys are clearly marked and easy to get to.
The Bad:
Not much to say here. The volume buttons on the left side are a little sensitive. I've found myself adjusting the volume while taking the phone out of my pocket. The MicroSD card is VERY difficult to eject. I don't plan on removing it that often, so not a big deal for me. The camera and speaker on the back of the phone protrude a bit. Functionally, this causes no problem, just looks a little odd.
Notes on Windows Mobile:
After flashing to AT&T's Windows Mobile 6, I find that several important programs got buried in the menus. If you haven't used WM before, when you access anything on the phone, it runs a process that does not close when you close the program. You MUST close theses processes regularly or your phone will slow done and eventually lock up! To end them, you have to go to the task manager. WM6 flash buried the task manager 4 levels down! The organizer, which contains the alarm, is buried 3 levels down with three sub menus! These are just rants on WM6; its not going to change, so we just have to get used to it. (May also just be AT&T's version of WM6, I don't have any experience with other carriers.)
Summary:
If you work in an office that uses Microsoft Exchange you want a Windows Mobile based phone. With Exchange automatically supporting WM for email access, why go with something like Blackberry that requires another server to play middle-man? If you are looking for a phone to connect to your office email and you don't want to spend a lot of money on the handset, this is the phone for you! Aside from the minor annoyances listed, it is a well-designed functional smart phone. Opinions will obviously vary, but the Samsung Blackjack is perfect for me!
