It is a balance, where you can do push-ups. And other Sportkram.
You can also weigh (ne madness feature balance, right?), With the Wii Fit BMI displays and logs.
Technical:
The outstanding balance is processed. It consists of 4 basic zones (top left, top right, bottom left, bottom right). She is very precise and recognizes each still so small Zappler of the feet. For most exercises will be displayed, whether the focus of the body is optimal.
The exercises in general:
Altogether there are 48 exercises, but here are variations of an exercise counted. Not all exercises are available from start. Almost all the exercises, there are lists, so you can go to Highscore.
The 4 types of exercise:
1. Aerobic:
This part is dominated by stepper exercises and jogging different variants. The stepper games are basically a (bad, but still very funny) copy of Dance Dance Revolution jogging dar. I believe in the living room for pointless.
2. Balance Exercises
This is the part which for a long time most likely to be fun. Besides skiing and snowboarding can be, for example, in the penguin costume fish (yes, that sounds crazy, but fun!).
The problem: The balance games have no training effect. Not that my astral body would need training.
3. Muscle Exercises
The exercises are well chosen. Most are classics, such as push-ups or knee bends. At 1-2, the exercises should one Wiimote and a barbell in the same hand. As the work without risk of injury to me, however, is not entirely clear.
4. Yoga:
I believe the best part of Wii Fit. From the basic exercises (breathing, tree) up to heavier exercises is everything.
In my opinion, outweigh the positive points:
The game (and in particular the control) is very innovative. It makes, at least initially, extremely fun to play. " The balance games are really good in between and the other exercises are actually selected so that one's body shape can be anything. A fitness center is Wii Fit, however, does not.
But there are also disadvantages:
A couple (few) exercises using either the Wiimote or the Balance Board. There is no advantage to a workout DVD.
In addition, the graphic is really very simple. It has therefore not even a pretty Yogateacher which at least one goggle, while his body is dislocated.
In addition, the long-term motivation, after all free has played strongly. But that was almost expected.
74/100 dumbbells
Really bold is just the price, but probably supply the demand ...
