This book was referred to me by my doctor, who is an M.D. and Naturopath. His daughter who is a Phys Ed teacher found it and gave it to him, so him and his wife tried it and they lost weight just as described in the book. He said he has subscribed to this type of weight loss for years, small meals, paced every few hours, good protein and GOOD carbs - there's even a way for Vegans in this book. It deals with body types and metabolisms and adjusts for each. It's definitely worth a try!
