6 day Body Makeover by Michael Thurmond (2006, Paperback, Reprint)

This book was referred to me by my doctor, who is an M.D. and Naturopath. His daughter who is a Phys Ed teacher found it and gave it to him, so him and his wife tried it and they lost weight just as described in the book. He said he has subscribed to this type of weight loss for years, small meals, paced every few hours, good protein and GOOD carbs - there's even a way for Vegans in this book. It deals with body types and metabolisms and adjusts for each. It's definitely worth a try!

The book was in excellent condition and the diet really works! I've lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks. I decided to buy this book because I couldn't afford the 6 week body makeover by Michael Thurmond. It's not easy doing without candy, cookies and ice cream but the weight loss is worth it!

This book is wonderful! It is very well organized, an easy read and to the point. The illustrations are very clear, and the examples that are given give a clear idea of the concept. I was really impressed and pleased.

this really sucks not one person who is selling this book is selling beyond america!! only the americans have the right to get thin?!

Friends at work have had tremendous success on this makeover, and I have reached maximum density for my height, so I decided to get a copy and try it myself.

I bought this booking thinking I might learn more about what to eat and not to eat to lose weight. And if you want to lose weight rapidly I bet you can with this book. However, it might be because you would rather starve than eat what it says to eat. My body type was supposed to have greens (spinach, kale etc) and fish 4 times a day! I seriously would rather just not eat. So unless you are really committed, this probably isn't the diet plan for you.
