I like that the book is small. It contains a little bit of information about everything. It covers many common and uncommon disease processes. I like that it also had normal and abnormal findings in hemodynamics, blood gases, and vent settings.

Quick Reference to Critical CareI bought this book as a requirement for the 4th semester of nursing. I did find this book helpful as a resource. It touches on what it feels the reader needs to know. I would have bought this book even if it wasn't a requirement, as I want to work in the critical care unit.
