iRobot 4150 Roomba Robotic Cleaner

I don't know what we ever did without this vacuum! It works like a charm, and gets the job done! We have one dog (long haired...sheds like crazy) and this vacuum keeps the floors spotless and free of hair! I use it every other day, and I've never seen our floors look better! It's also nice that it can go on hardwood or linoleum floors (I don't have to sweep any more-yay!) I haven't had any problem with it at all, and have no complaints! Simply love it!

we bought one and i love it so much it clean the floor with 2 kids it is so hard two keep the house clean but this is great hit the power button and let go after 2hr it goes back to the charger on it's own the kids love it too and we can get more stuft done at the house

Since I got my new iRobot my carpet has being cleaned, this is what I love about this vacuum I just turn and it on and it does all the work for me while I'm cleaning other parts of my house.

I like it very much. It does work better on floors than carpets, though. The only problem I've been having is that sometimes the "part" you pull out to clean the filter sometimes falls off while it's working. Anyone else mention that problem. All in all, I do love it for my hardwood floors.

We bought the 4150 Roomba to replace the "basic" red model we'd bought two years ago. Of course, a Roomba cannot do everything your regular vacuum cleaner can do (like the steps), but it does an awful lot. What a timesaver to let it loose while getting ready for company or when simply busy doing other chores! On this one, we particularly like the docking feature.
The only thing to watch out for is that the Roomba will try to suck in cords, shoe strings, and other items that may have trailed onto your floor, so be sure these are picked up or shoved out of the way. Also,although rarely a problem, it is possible for the Roomba to get stuck under furniture that is just slightly lower than the Roomba is high.

Absolutely Wonderful! I use it every day and it is a must if you have animals. If you are buying one, op for the one that returns to it's base when the battery gets low. It will clean under your beds and under hard to reach areas.

turn it loose and let it go--irobot dose the rest..a wonderful machine........ since using this machine we couldnt do without it.

This is the third Roomba that I have purchased it goes without saying I love my
roomba's. If you would have a problem with the machine I have found that
iRobot warrenty, does exactly what they promise.

Machines do a great job of cleaning and mopping.

I couldn't believe that something this small could vacuum all by itself, as well as I could with a conventional vacuum. I was edgy purchasing one from a store due to the high cost so I went on line and bid on a gently used unit. The price was fantastic- about what I wanted to pay for this experiment. I charged the unit up, and let it go on the hardwood floors in my living room and dining room- In 45 minutes the floors were clean and beautiful and there was no dust. Conventional vacuums leak dust no matter how hard they try not to. The Roomba chugs along does not kick up a dust cloud and basiucally does what it claims it can do! The items was EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED and I am thoroughly delighted with it's performace - the old convwentional vacuum is in the garage! It even works on rugs and tiled floors. This item is great!

the irobot 4150 roomba vacuum ,is very good , but did not come whith self charge home base ,and schual remo . I get it for $126.00 .plus $10.00 for shinpping . I have pay $136.00 . but I fine out you can buy one at costco ,and it is fifth genintion ,516 model and come with every thing ,for $199.00 .

Third one I own. We have 2 dogs that shed and hardwood floors thru out the house and these roombas do an outstanding job picking up the dog hair

I bought the Roomba on eBay and got a great bargain. I was a little skeptical about it's vacuuming power. Boy, was I surprised! This little Vacuum is such a hard worker. It's true it vacuums different types of floors without you haveing to change a thing. I would recommend this product to anyone. It lives up to everything it is advertised to be.

This model Roomba is great! I've had a roomba red for 2 years and ordered this as a 2nd...We run 1 on each floor. The best features of the 4150 are the APS extended battery and Max mode. This has all the features I need.... Invisible wall and 3 cleaning modes. With 4 cats, 2 dogs and hardwood floors throughout the house, we run the Roomba regularly. It does a great job of keeping the house tidy. The only negatives; You need to pick up small area rugs and lift all lamp cords off the floor (these can trip up Roomba and get it stuck). The dust cup is a bit smaller than I'd like..be sure to empty the dirt cup and pre-filter area immediately after every cycle.

I really like my Roomba.My time for cleaning is limited, and Roomba allows me to multi-task. I like the fact that it is easy to empty as well. It raised the nap on my living room carpet to look like new. I hadn't realized how flat it had become. The Roomba cleans from so many different angles, I feel like the carpets get much cleaner than they would using the conventional vacuum.

I am happy with the job the Roomba dose, just a little more work to clean it that I had anticipated.

I think the Roomba vacuums are remarkable. They take care of a task I hate doing much better than I can, since they go under the bed and coffee tables. I usually put Roomba down and turn it on, then go around picking up anything on the floor and moving it out of the way so Roomba can cover as much area as possible, then go back to doing some other task myself!

The key to keeping Roomba running well is to clean it thoroughly every second use. This includes taking out the rollers and cleaning ALL fibers and hair and lint from all moving parts. Do this and Roomba should not have any problems.

All of the accessories are very cool but not really needed, the Roomba Red with one virtual wall cleans as well as the most expensive model.

I had wanted to get this vacuum for a long time. Who wouldn't want to not have to vacuum? I have animals and must vacuum approx 5 times a week and this sounded too good to be true. I do have hardwood floors so I figured this would get them all done in an hour or so while I could be doing something better with my time. I get it out of the box and charge it up and hit start. It spent the next 45 minutes going in circles. I would try to move it around the living room but no matter where I set it down, it would continue in circles. The battery died shortly after the 45 minute mark. I tried for over a week (even purchasing a new battery for it). I'd set it down to do it's circles while I was busy vacuuming with my vacuum. After about a week the thing died. Can't return it since I didn't purchase it at a store. So now I have a $90 door stop and continue to do manual vacuuming. A lesson learnt!

First of all, There is nothing for me to review.I won the bidding and paid for it accordingly thru Paypal but now I am being ask to pay for this item again. I check the seller and it seems that he or she is no longer registered. Being owner of another Roomba, I need another unit for other part of my house.

I love like and adore the fact that iRoom is so efficent. . . it cleans, cleans, cleans until its little battery runs out of juice, usually about 2 hours. It is a gem and a real keeper. I love it. No problems and quite the performer. Better than a maid. It even does baseboards.

Rooba looks great!! Thanks for fast service. Haven't had the chance to start up the roomba but it looks like New. Really appreciate such fast service!!

Goes under my bureau!! could not believe it! This is a cool and very helpful little guy to have! Love it!! It vacuumes in all the places I can't get to and the rest of the house. Plus I get a kick out of the little R2D2 type noise it makes when I start it to clean.

I would never buy another-conked out within a month and too old already to repair--neat but does not do the job for me-i think i need 4 or 5 to really do my house.
2500 square feet is all
