Well,back in the good old days when I got to see the Yardbirds,Jeff beck group,the Faces etc it was quite an experience to remember.Saw Hendrix and
the Doors as well prior to their demise.That when music was worth seeing.
Now all this teeny bopper crap like the Jonas Bros.is a big deal,beats me.
Anyway,this is when Rod Stewart could actually sing and kick some Butt with
some feeling and desire.The band was awesome on this disc and in concert.
Now,I wouldn't listen to Rod Stewart with the stuff he is doing.very sad.
Probably one of the best Jeff beck albums ever from start to finish.Buy it,
you will remember what a rock band used to sound like and say.Is that really
Rod Stewart?Enjoy.

There are fewer albums which have all great songs on them.
There are maybe 6-10 albums which have works of art
that have been blended into one whole musical experience...
done in order as the artist designed it to be that way.....
Jeff Beck accomplished that ideal with the Truth album,
EVEN The COVER, is very connected to the title and the
MUSIC ART INSIDE. and the comments which he made regarding the
songs tells of the personal commentment.
