1000 Best eBay Success Secrets by Greg Holden (2006, Paperback)

This book has something for everyone. Some say it is a begginer's book, but it is far from that. It is a great reference book for any eBay seller. There are valuable tips and some great links mentioned in this book that will help you increase sales. It is also an excellent brush-up book for the advanced seller. Not sure if it is still in print at the time of my review, but I would definatley recommend doing a search for it and adding it to your library!

I liked this book very much. I am still reading it, up on tip 632. So far I have taken many notes and found tons of helpful information. I bought this book and many more like this because I am planning to start selling on ebay. All I do is buy. I want to try my luck at selling. I was surprised to find about many things that can help you grow your business in ways I never imagined. I am sure the rest of the tips till the end will be very much worth the price of the book. I got mine on ebay of course so I saved some good dollars. I recommend this book to anyone that has an interest in starting an ebay business. I look forward to more titles from this author. I am very pleased with this purchase. Thanks!

***** Five Stars. This book is excellent! Even if you are not new to eBay, it helps you to know that other sellers are be having similar issues as yours. It shows that even Power Sellers make the same mistakes newbies will make. The author also gave some personal encouraging comments. Although you might find some of the tips on eBay forum, it's great that these tips can be found in just one book rather than searching the web for help. I borrowed this book from our local library but I planned on buying mine for reference *****

This book is geared towards a very beginner seller. There are some helpful hints, but scattered and buried among lots of filler material. I also feel the author is somewhat out of touch. For example in tip #656 the author writes keeping your feedback rating above only 95% is very respectable.

Overall, this book is great bathroom material, and only fair as a seller's guide. =]

An easy read with lots of useful tips & tricks. Pointed me to several tools I never heard of, and helped me get up the learning curve quickly. eBay changes quickly, so a few of the 1000 are less relevant now in 2009, but I recommend it.

This book contains lots of great tips for eBay sellers. Its obvious Greg is an experienced seller. The book to well written. It is written so that most everyone with the basics of eBay can very easily understand it. The tips cover all the aspects of selling. The tips are designed to make an eBay seller a better seller.
