That is right! The secret is the DROP IN/DROP OUT CO-OP mode. This way if you are tired from work you can still spend a few minutes with the punk-punks and have a good time. Also if you get addicted to the game and get stuck at a point in the game. Help and more family bonding are a just a yell away!

I wanted this game for my grandchildren to play... and they love it I have 7 grandchildren and the oldest is 13 years old. Of course i had to play the game alittle to be able to help them if they get stuck ha ha And boy it is fun... Good game... for young and old...

Is this a good and fun game?The answer is yes, if you like video games and Lego’s. If you just like video games then this will be a sort of fun game but the Lego’s everywhere are annoying if your not a Lago fan.
I am 12 so I know whether kids will like it. My 9 year old sister plays with me some times. So even girls will like it.
There is only one con, and that is when playing multi player you have to share one screen and you cant go to far apart from each other and some times that is annoying.
Over all great game A+

awsome game!! better than indiana jones! however, the controlls are a little whack at the beginning, so you must change them befor playing (player 1: cant go left Player 2: cant go down)

) Wow! I game one can enjoy without the fear of starting over because you are killed every other scene. Just like being at or in the Star Wars movies. Great action and playability. Many options for character choices and ways to play the game. The disco room is a treat! One should download or purchase a strategy guide to cruise through the game. Hopefully, unlike me, you will realize quickly that this is a "Lego" game and build things! The only drawback to this game: not enough time to play it! Enjoy!

Lego Star Wars II PC GameMy kids enjoy playing it, and when they saw the movie after playing the game they were so excited that these same characters were in the game. The only thing is that although I have a new computer, the game gets stuck and you have to do a hard shut off to unjam it.

Excellent! So much funThis is a great "fun" game. An obviously great story line dashed with humour. The game play is simple and entertaining.
A few features I really enjoy are the customizable characters, a few more options to buy in the cantina (the diner in the first one) and a slight bit more interactivity than the first Lego Star Wars.
The only thing I really wish they had changed is the vehicular portion. I would have preferred a more traditional control scheme. I think they could easily do another one, but i hope that they will make it a little more open ended, where you could travel about.

Retro fun!Unless you have brain damage, everyone agrees that the original Star Wars trilogy was far superior to the later disastarwars. Combine those memorable characters and plotlines with Legos and you have an clever, retro pc game that would make a Wookie roar...in a happy way, not the "I'm going to tear your droids legs off." way.
The gameplay is solid, the writing has a great sense of humor that isn't afraid to look at itself with an amused fan-eye and it has fun extras like swapping character body parts to create new mix 'n' match characters such as "Princess Han Vader" complete with various powers inherent to each part.
Bottom line: if you like Star Wars, Legos and computer games, you will laugh yourself to the Deathstar. May the torso be with you! (thats the part that carries the lightsaber)

) If the lousy copyright protection would work properly, I'd give the game an excellent rating. CD game disk is the original but 50% of the time trying to start the game (and it does require the CD EVERY time to play) it states you need to use the original CD. This is the only PC game we have (and we do have numerous other games) that we have this problem with. My son and daughter love the game and seems pretty family friendly (no gore, blood letting, etc).

good game for kidsmy son is 7 years old, he loves this game very much. it looks not hard to figure out how to play on PC using the manual. at the biginning, it seems to need to install twice to start the game, but I do not know if it is due to my PC problem. you can stop in the middle, save it and continue to play next time.

This was bought for my 5 year old grandson. He absolutely loves it, and it is fun for me too. The graphics are amazing, the sound is fabulous. I saw the original Star Wars movie in 1978 and this feels like the excitement I had in the movie theatre. It is amazing.
