TimeShift (Xbox 360, 2007)

This was actually a pretty decent game I thought.You start out fighting you're way through this army with mechanical machinery than once you get pass that part you go back in time from the beginning I'm guessing.The good things about this game is you can pause,rewind,and stop time but only for awhile,you have to pay attention to your timer bar to see how much time you have left.I liked the fact that it take advantage of this system and not use it for dumb purposes such as the games in the past, like Full Auto or Midnight Club,you actually use these techniques to stay alive.The different weapons are decent for what they are,they're basically the same you would use in any other game just the detailing of the weapon is different.The graphics are great,the sound is a little clucky but I didn't concentrate too much on that.The bad things are your objectives are constantly changing oh but don't worry,on your radar screen it will tell you where to go.Another thing is the voices are hard to hear,I found myself turning my T.V. up as loud as I can hear the voices but I would hear the crashing and bullets passing by super loud,I even had the voice volume set to 100 on the options screen.Also there is no open world it's basically get to point A to point B and that's that.Good game none the less.Now the multiplayer is very confusing and fast paced so I can't give too much of a review on that because I didn't play it very long,but there are different ways to play multiplayer,even a 1 on 1 if you just want to go head to head without the hassle of teams.

This is a very cool game. It takes some time to get used too but once you master the time shift powers you can do some cool things. I haven't even bothered to try the online because honestly I don't play many games online. The only complaint I have so far is the lack of guns. I'm probably about halfway through and have only seen 4 guns so far. Other than that I would definitely recommend picking this up for the single player experience alone. If you can get it shipped to you for around $30, get it.

this is a great game for people who like first person shooters. you not only get a wide variety of weapons and ways to kill and disarm your enemies but you also get to control time. you can make time go slow forward and back as well as stop it all together. stop time and pull a weapon out of enemy hands to see their puzzled look as time comes back and you are holding their weapon leaving them with nothing to fight with.

the second i popped in timeshift i was a little put off by the sub par loading screens and lack of shine. Even the first ten minutes was slow, but as soon as i had the timeshift suit on and the clock was mine all hell and the game broke loose. the most original aspect of it being the ability to stop,rewind and slow down time giving you the upper hand over the enemy. you have such control over the battle. to walking up to an enemy and taking there gun. leaving them helpless and laughing at there cries.the slow mo feature allows you to move faster and them slower. the rewind feature allows you to avoid something catastrophic and health threatening. So if you find it cheap buy it and it might just slow your boredom down for even a few seconds.

this game is what i was looking for and im very happy with it. Else the service as well as the item were excellent.

I heard this game got 8.5 point from IGN, I think. so I decided buying it. the controling time cycle is new style game in my gamer history. I really recommand for you. but It is good for HD or better TV because of my TV could not show word, I mean it's too small to watch it.

Your ability to shift time is the best! The graphics are beautiful and the guns are sick! Near the end though, there is an annoying part that you have to get past. One where you might die alot.

I liked this game a lot, except that the total gameplay seemed to only last around 10 hours. I liked the ability to manipulate time, but what really got me into "TimeShift" were the graphics. Most of the game is set in the rain and I felt like I was really running through it! Controls are rather intuitive and gameplay is fluid. I'd give it an excellent if it had been longer, but it was worth triple the 7 bucks that I paid for it!

Very VERY decent FPS here...Takes a little bit for the story to pick up and you get a better idea of what's going on..but once you do the game is almost over...it's a good game and should be played...

If you can get it cheap then get it...you will have fun...it's very challenging in parts...almost frustrating...but worth it..have fun with this one...So far PREY is the best I have played in this genre and if you get the chance get that game also

I thought the game has a good story line. It is challenging on the hardest level and the game makes you think. It has good strategy.

Timeshift features the player as a scientist who developed a suit that can bend time. At the time of creation, an Alpha and Beta suit were developed. One of the suits (Beta) goes missing and the user interrupts the timeline. The scientist if forced to wear the remaining suit to track down the Beta suit.

Graphically, the game now appears dated and is visible in tree/leaf textures throughout the levels. The visible nuances when slowing stopping and reversing time are second to none.

Computer AI is of the sticky nature. When they see you, everyone in the immediate area concentrates on you. Then, they follow you for a specific distance and then back off. Skilled players will use this to their advantage. The AI is very accurate and swarm when prompted. This makes the difficulty very real but manageable.

The audio used intelligently in this game. As the player ventures through the ravished city, the tyrant in charge constantly comments on his philosophy on society. It is well done.

In conclusion, Timeshift is a unique take on the same old formula. Time manipulation is the reason I purchased the game and the developers (Saber Interactive) put much work into this game and it shows.

Excellent product. I highly recommend all to this game. I like the idea of being able to freeze time and taking out the enemies in slow mo. Wish they'd make more games like this.

this game felt like a remake of half-life 2, with a little twist of being able to
stop, slow and reverse time. so if you didn't like half-life, you are not gonna like this game.

Was fun for waiting for the next great game to come out. It had its ups and downs, but overall it was a fun game to play and own in your collection. Story line was unique and interesting to get to the end.

I recommend playing this game.

Game is ok, graphics are pretty nice. Button config is annoying though so might wanna adjust it to your likeings, other then that its a decent game.

I bought this game for my younger son and my oldest has taken over!! They love it and it keeps them occupied after homework and chores.

I bought an Xbox 360 game from this seller, and it arrived in 4 days in mint condition. The only thing negative I have to say it that there was pretty much NO description about the item at all.. Just pictures of the top of the disc and the case. Great game though, works perfect. Seller just needs to work on giving the buyers more info on the items.

its a great game that was sold to me in great shape. its a really fun action shooter type game and those happen to be my favorit so it perfect for me.
