This book is a picture book of 500 cottages and no more. I don't think there are three pags of text. This is not what I was expecting. I thought I could get some great ideas for my own cottage style home but, alas! No.

Great Book - Terrific Photos!!!
) I LOVE this book! My husband and I are currently renovating the exterior of our 1940's cottage and were looking for ideas for curb appeal - landscaping, front porch, etc. This book along with the book "500 Bungalows" gave us so many great ideas! It is filled with postcard size photos and there is no writing. The houses are all adorable, yet still average homes that your average person can relate to - not over the top model homes that are often featured in books. We spent hours looking through these books - a great purchase!
