The book is pretty basic, the diet is based on good carbs and bad carbs. Low fat, high fiber diet. It tells you what workouts to do on what day and exactly what to do. You work out for 25 minutes a day, five days a week. Eat five meals a day..but they all even out to pretty much 5 snacks a day. You can eat as much as you want. The recipes are ALL microwavable and very easy to make. Has recipes to get you started on what you can and cant eat. Gives you sample menu's. Overall I like the book, nothing really that I dont like about it other than the limited recipes. But it does have an awesome chili recipe in it!
