The book is pretty basic, the diet is based on good carbs and bad carbs. Low fat, high fiber diet. It tells you what workouts to do on what day and exactly what to do. You work out for 25 minutes a day, five days a week. Eat five meals a day..but they all even out to pretty much 5 snacks a day. You can eat as much as you want. The recipes are ALL microwavable and very easy to make. Has recipes to get you started on what you can and cant eat. Gives you sample menu's. Overall I like the book, nothing really that I dont like about it other than the limited recipes. But it does have an awesome chili recipe in it!

very straight forward approach to weight loss thru sensible eating, not fad diet approach. also incorporates exercize based on a 25 min. per day work out. similiar to body for life. book is easy to read and makes you want to jump into the lifestyle immediatly. Has recipes, exercize guides and pictures of each exercise, along with reproducable charts. Harley has given you exactly what you need to do each day of the week and each week you progress a little. there is no guess work. highly recommended.

I like this book because it is an easy concept. It is easy to follow, and you don't feel hungry because you eat more often having 5 meals than when you eat 3 meals per day.

This was a great buy. Great condition and quick delivery. Would definitely buy from again. The book is full of useful information if you are on to a new way of life. Its only 20 minutes aday of working out..... Who could ask for anything more.
