This game had a good chance to become what it should have been. But it was rushed(by what I can tell) because the graphics are low grade. Gameplay is ok. The storyline had the makings of being one of Nintendo DS's greats but it failed. I really tried to like this one.

This game is very boring and porly planned out.
The graphics are bad and the controls are primative.
I lost interest in this game after playing it twice.
The main menu and start screens are confusing.
Basically, the game is bad, DO NOT buy it.

Don't underestimate the Scurge
) I got this game real cheap after reading reviews about it. I like the game a lot as it has decent graphics and gameplay. The only issue is that shooting is hard to do at an angle, but other than that this is a must buy game if you can find it for $10 or less.

While at times this fast paced game feels like a Metroid clone, it is bogged down by a tiresome storyline with often yawn worthy storyline. It screams METROID CLONE in every sense of the word. The female hero is a bounty hunter, it takes place in space.. the rest is just details.
Now, I'm not harping on the game itself. It's a darn good looking game graphically. There isn't much difference from the Game Boy Advance version, so if you have that, you're wasting your time with the DS version here.
It's not the best game in the world, but it's a lot of fun. A solid 8 out of ten.
