SSX On Tour (Game Cube, 2005)

I like the graphics, the character building options, the tricks, and being able to knock out kids as you fly down the hill

I don't like the whole "On Tour" part, too many challenges, awkward layout

I first got SSX Tricky, then SSX3 for Gamecube. Tricky was a great sit down and play game, due to simple pick a track and play setup. SSX3 was good because you could race the whole mountain (although 30 minutes was a bit much). For some reason though, On Tour just doesn't feel the same. There is too much overhead, too much extra stuff making it awkward to just sit down and play a simple race. Also, some of the tracks were too busy (maybe I just can't seem to avoid the trees)

In conclusion, it's a good game, but not my favourite SSX on the Cube. I just don't have the time to put into building a character

I really like playing this game. The gameplay is a lot of fun. I think they could have had a more variety of tricks. I also didn't think the storyline was too great. I love hitting huge insane jumps. It is so fun. You can do some very insane tricks. I didn't think setting up my rider was all that cool either. There werent enough options to choose from. The option to ski is pretty cool. The soundtrack is pretty sweet also. There are some runs that kinda suck. Sometimes there are just trees you have to dodge. I also don't really like racing. Overall, I really enjoyed this game. If you snowboard and own a cube, this game is a must have.

My boys love playing this game. The like how they can do tricks on the skateboards. They like the graphics although personally I would like better.

This product is fun to play. Finding it in any store new is next to impossible. Had rented previously and now cannot find any gamecube rentals in the stores here.

This game is the best SSX game I've ever played. It has all the great features of the others with added tricks and skiing.
