The Mighty Ducks movies are among my favorites movies. The first movie is just the beginning of the story of a man forced to coach a hockey team by a court order to transforming the players into a great hockey team. He turns the team around from a unruly bunch of rather uncordinated kids into a team that has found their strengths and works together. Last in their league when he takes over. How much can they succeed? Will he remember the passion he had for hockey when he was young and stop dwelling on his missed oppurtunity for victory?
This movie is among the great sports movies. It is a great story of growth by the young and old. Lastly, who does not like the flying V?
