10.5 (DVD, 2004)

this movie is well worth the time and money to see .it really makes you think about what miht happen at any time .it has a very good story line and it plays out well.

I kept emailing to let the seller know about the movie "10.5" I ordered that I never revd it. I ordered it in feb.. I emailed to let them know and never hear from them or never revd thier messages .. I was very disappointed and waste my money.. But Others sellers were exllecent cooperate with me since til last feb one seller does not do anything or replied back at all. I filed the claim nothing come out.

I LIKE THIS MOVIE BECAUSE IT HAS A LOT OF DRAMA AND ACTION, I REALLY GET INTO THE MOVIE BECAUSE THE ACTION IS PACKED AND U FEEL LIKE GETTING IN THERE URSELF TO HELP OUT OR DO SOMETHING. I MEAN I LOVE HOW THEY ACTUALLY MADE THIS MOVIE COME TO LIFE, IT LOOKED SO REALISTIC THAT I WAS YELLING AT THE TV, LOL!!! IF I HAD TO PICK AND CHOSE WHAT I DISLIKED ABOUT IT, I WOULD SAY NOTHING. THE ENTIRE MOVIE IS VERY DIRECT TO THE POINT AND AT THE SAME TIME UR LEANING THINGS THAT U PROBABLY DIDNT EVEN KNEW. THIS MOVIE IS A HIT. THE MOVIE COMES TO LIFE. AWESOME!!!

I love this movie because I LOVE disaster movies of (almost) all sorts! This was corny and cheesy and predictable, but I love it none the less. The effects are what you'd expect from a made-for-tv movie, as is the acting, but it's not horrible. Any disaster movie that starts off dropping the Space Needle into downtown Seattle and ends with an earthquake so huge it makes the city of L.A. into an island rates an A in my book! So, if you enjoy a good, cheesy disaster movie, 10.5 is one to add to your list of favorites!

this is a good action movie. you can actually believe the looks of surprise on peoples faces. the only unbelieveable is the part of the president and his indecision to do something until it is too late. the scenery is great. overall a good movie that you can watch over and over.

I purchased this movie simply because I was in the hospital when it first aired on TV, and did not see the first part, as this was a two part made for Tv movie. I also like this movies because of the stars, and I simply like action type movies. I also purchased this because I hate to edit programs from TV and have to cut out all those nonsense commercials.

I absolutely loved this movie! I don't want to say anything that will give the storyline away or anything that will give away the whole "feel" of this movie, except to say that it is definitely a "B" rated Disaster Flick - meaning, for example, that during some of the destruction sequences, it is SO obvious that models were used instead of the real thing or CGI! It's almost comical! 'Nuff said in that regard. One thing on this point though, they did a GREAT job "personalizing" the force of the earthquakes. It began to feel like the earthquakes were out to get the players in the story - rather than just being random forces of nature - they portrayed "intentionality" - it was cool!

I first borrowed "10.5" from a friend and I liked it so much that I bought one for myself on eBay. As I was searching for "10.5" on eBay - I also discovered that there is a sequel to this movie ("10.5 Apocalypse") - which I also bought on eBay - and I loved that one too! But, that is a separate review.

A notable and praiseworthy performance is given by Beau Bridges as the President of the United States. His concern for the people of the US - under his care - deepens as the seriousness of the situation increases and it is entirely believable!

This movie must have originally played on TV because there are pauses which must have been for commercials. If you are not looking for a Disaster Movie that takes itself too seriously, I think you'll like "10.5".

It may not be the Hollywood blockbuster of the year, but this movie can certainly capture your attention! I recommend everyone sits and takes this movie in. Especially if you live on the West Coast!

It is a good movie for John Schneider fans. It is a exciting movie. It is a movie about earthquakes in California,Washington,and Orgean.

I have seen this on TV before they took it off and I have been looking for it in every store in my area that has videos like: Best Buy, Walmart, Kmart, Circuit City and many more. When I couldn't find it, I almost gave up then it dawned on me, I thought to myself, "Why not check EBay?". I was surprised to see how many there was listed. Thanks for the dvd and your service! It made me happy to finally finding this movie especially on DVD. ;)
