Metal Slug 4 & 5 (PlayStation 2, 2005)

Very fast shiping and very good game. I love it. This is one of my favorite games to play, I wish we this game was on psp so I can play on the go. Also, the seller did a great job with shiping.

i decided to buy it because im a fan of the series. i played it at the arcades and fell in love with it. now im able to play it whenever i want in the comfort of my home.
if you like shot-them-up style games this will be perfect for you.

Awesome crime fighting combat game. Endless continues, bad machine guns, and war zone outer space enemies. I love the machine gun, it kicks butt.

The only thing I don't like is that the game ends too fast....

I love this series of game. One of my favorite games of all time. I bought this game because i wanted to own one of the metal slug games. awesome game and everyone should buy it!

i purchase metal slug and the game is very good. also you can play two players at the same time. and the game is is a rare one.

That is what it use too take too play and beat any Metal Slug game or two hundred dollars in quarters but only hardcore super gamers or really really rich people could do that, us average gamers were always left out, we had no chance too beat the game and we would be lucky just too get out of the first stage which was a shame because the Metal Slugg games while super hard are super fun, but that has all changed with the release of Metal Slug 4 & 5. While those super hardcore gamers probably hate this us average gamers should welcome it, the game now gives you unlimited continues so you can blow everything up see everything and die countless deaths in the process. If you have never played a Metal Slug game it is basicly a 2D side scrolling shooter like Contra but with a sense of humor as you will fight not only soldiers, tanks and ninjas but also pirates, yetis and zombies. In my opinion 4 is the better of the 2 games and has in my opinion one of the best stages in a game ever as you gun through a plague of zombies, in fact some of the zombies have attacks that will turn you into a zombie, you can still control your soldier like this though your movement and firing speed are badly hampered but what is so great is that instead of grenades when in zombie form you vomit out a huge stream off blood that destroys everything on screen, heck yes! Of course at the end of each stage you have a huge boss too takedown! Oh and how could I forget in each stage their are vehicles that you can get in and pilot for some major damage, these are the metal slugs. You can play two players and that is were the most fun is at, in fact if you could always play this with 2 people I would give this a 5 out of 5, playing alone just isn't as fun because while their are unlimited continues you can still compete with your friends too see who uses the least and who gets the higher score as it will tally all of this up at the end. Each game will only take about 30 minutes a piece too play through but I still find myself coming back over and over again in hopes that one day I will have the speed of a cheetha and reflexes of a mongoose but till then thank goodness for infinite continues!

This is a good game to buy if your a fan of the Metal Slug Series games. The graphics fit it nicely with the action, and there is always constant action. The only setback about this game is that it is too short. It should take only about 30 minutes to beat. But if you like quick games with a lot of action, then I would recommend it. Otherwise, rental.
