This book is full of good excercises to develop limb use. Right from the start I found them challenging. A great book to develop independence. Start off slow and work it out, it will be worth it.

Excellent book for limb independence.Review created: 05/01/09

) If you're looking for a book to help with your drumset independence, this book is for you. It covers lessons with your left hand, left foot, right hand, and right foot. At the end of this book, not one limb will be playing the same thing. As a drum teacher, I highly recommend this book.
