read for a little inspiration

I haven't gotten through all 365 yet.... But what I have read so far is mix of neat ideas, oh yeah why didn't I think of that, and things for the truely unimaginative. Nothing requires a serious amount of talent/ability or supplies to do. To elaborate:
Some of the really neat ideas are different ways to write and decipher secret codes(good for older kids), a recipe for molasses cookies that you can make abc's with to eat, and several things to do w/ bean bags. Also, a recipe for indestructible (almost) bubbles - hint: add corn syrup to the mix - best used outside then!
The oh yeah why didn't I think of thats include doing rubbings, a scavenger hunt, make cards, press flowers/leaves
Some of the truely unimaginative - organize crayons by size and/or color, go look at clouds.
The book says it is for ages 2 and up. Not everything is geared for a 2 year old - I have a3 year old and some of this stuff is too much for her. They do offer suggestions on some of the activities on how to do for younger or older kids.
this book also includes 25 all new bonus activities which I haven't gotten to.
I decided to get the book b/c I have been looking for things to keep my pre-schooler entertained. I have noticed since she goes to pre-school 2 days a week, where they almost never watch tv she is actually not that interesed in it at home either (pleasntly surprising)
Overall I would say it is a good book. I got mine super cheap - if you can too it is worth it.
