One of my top ten movies. If I was on a desert island this would be my first pick. It has a great story that keeps twisting and if you don't keep track of the dialog and characters, you'll have to watch it several times to know what's going on. I rate it as one of the movies I'll enjoy for a life time, enjoy!

Miller's Crossing, my personal favorite from the Coen brothers. About Tom Regan, an advisor to a Prohibition-era crime boss, tries to keep the peace between warring mobs but gets caught in divided loyalties. A must have!!

Absolute perfect casting and a very compelling story. You do have to watch this movie in one sitting to follow the story but it will be time well invested.

Always wanted to see this movie but couldn't afford it at the time. Now I own it! I can watch it as many times as I like! Cheaper than a ticket to the movies and I don't have to return it to the video store for a fine when I forget to return it on time. Love it!

This is the Coen brothers' masterpiece. Set in the prohibition era, the story revolves around Tom (Gabriel Byrne), councilor for the city's head gangster, Leo (Albert Finney). Their friendship, and their control of the city, are threatened by personal relationships. The story is very interesting and occasionally hilarious, and the casting is superb. Very highly recommended...in my top 10.
