Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure is a must see! Bill and Ted are two fun-loving optimistic teenagers who just happen to influence history through their band the Wyld Stallyns. The way this movie is written is outstanding and the characters are well defined and hilarious. One will meet several historical dudes (and one babe) as you journey with the dynamic duo through time in the futuristic phone booth. I must warn you, you'll never think of Billy the Kid, Socrates (so-krates), or Abraham Lincoln in the same way once you watch this movie! It's on my top-5 movies of all time list, and it is highly recommended!

I got this DVD for Christmas last year and have watched it countless times. It's a great movie about two hilarious teens desperate to get an A+ on their history report. They travel through time, capturing famous historical figures on the way. What do these people think of the futuristic San Dimas? Will Bill and Ted get a passing grade or flunk out of the class? The answers are revealed in this hilarious 80's classic.

"Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure" absolutely gets rated an "EXCELLENT" 5 stars from me bcuz this movie defined mine & some of my life long friends childhoods for quite some time as we rode our SK8BOARDS & killed the towns around us as crazy cool kidz! We watched this film & the sequel about a 500 times each! Literally! And we knew the whole dialogs of both films by heart & jokingly talked like Bill & Ted for about 2 or 3 years straight afterwards! NO LIE ! ! ! Ha ha! This film is awesome for the kids & a serious "must see" for EVERYONE ! ! ! All kinds of life will enjoy this one! it's just an all out good time family film with a good history lesson involved! I mean, who doesn't ♥ HISTORY ? ? ?
Alright! Now! This killer film "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure" is about 2 brain dead California teenagers, with a combined vocabulary of approximately 75 words, traveling back in time to corral various historical figures for a class presentation that just might keep the pair from failing history "most heinously." LMAO! Abraham Lincoln, Napoleon, Genghis Khan, Socrates, Billy The Kid, Sigmund Freud, Mozart and Joan Of Arc are among those who journey forward in time with the duo in order to give the youth of California eye-witness accounts of the "awesome" pageant that is world history. Not to mention all of these historical figures get arrested by Ted's dad for turning the San Dimas California Shopping Mall upside down for running into things that they never seen before & make them completely awe struck! A very funny part of the film!
Put them in the Iron Maiden! - EXCELLENT! - Execute them! - BOGUS! LOL! Words of the Medieval "King Henry" & "Bill & Ted" as The king captures them trying to escape with his princess daughters after Bill & Ted experience love at first sight. Another very funny part of the film! Ya gotta ♥ it! I could just keep going on & on about how good this film really is & describe every part of it for you! ! ! So here's some more:

A very young "Keanu Reeves", in one of his earliest films, as Ted Theodore Logan, "Alex Winter", from "The Lost Boys", as Bill S. Preston Esquire, "Jane Wiedlin", the very cute guitarist/singer of the 80's pop punk band "The Go Go's", as Joan Of Arc and the infamous, recently deceased, very funny stand up comic "George Carlin"(R.I.P.) as Rufus! A totally cool future dude who is sent back from the future to save the duo from failing their history presentation & ruining the most excellent rock band they have going that influences everyone & everything in the whole world in the future. A band called "Wyld Stallyns" that eventually includes the medieval princesses they meet along the way as band members & Bill & Ted's girlfriends. Thanks to Rufus!

Here is clean and very funny Dubbed "Stoner Movie". A very cleaver and funny movie that features a now Mega super star and and his best friend as they are given a rare opportunity to travel threw time in order to gain research for there final speech which has grave consequences on the real world future. A very well produced movie of dreamers and miracles that still have a base which can be shared with kids today. Which is lot better then what schools are like today. As at any time at any school anywhere both sides of the border, from big cities to remotest parts lives changes in second and thousands of people suffer from the violence that is today.

DVD plays fine. Shipping was slow, and I ordered next day. The case was cracked, but still protects disc.

A most excellent movie! Loved it ever since I was a kid, back when words like BOGUS and TUBULAR were popular.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my 11 year old granddaughter, who just recently saw it for the first time. She really liked it and requested it as a Christmas gift. I saw it when it first came out a long time ago and liked it then.

Party on Dudes!! This is one of my favorites, I saw it when I was a little girl,and loved it! Forever in my mind I thought differently about So-crates, and Joan of Ark!! I absolutely would recommend for someone wanting to watch for a good laugh!! I also began to love Keanu Reeves after watching this movie! I bought this movie because I had it recored off the tv and the tape tracking was messing up, so I was thrilled to find it here!! I will forever have the air guitar playing in my mind with the sounds of the WYLD STALLIONS!!!

BUY THIS MOVIE!!! EXCELLENT MOVIE/CAST & IT STAYS IN MY MOVIE COLLECTION!!! I WATCHED THIS MOVIE SEVERAL TIMES ALREADY & LOVED IT EVEN MORE EACH TIME!!!

Hilarious movie. No need to bring your brain along to watch. Light harted comedy featuring a young Keanu Reeves. George Carl is great as the futuristic mentor.

Many of you might remember the days when you were a kid, watching cartoons and not worrying about what tomorrow brought. This film brings all those memories back and reminds you of why you fell in love with buddy comedies in the first place. Not only is there plenty of comedy to keep you entertained but you also learn a bit about history as well. (**** out of ****)

I love this movie! I loved Keanu before he was popular! Awesome movie! My daughter wanted it so I bought it for her. I got her the 2nd one for Christmas and have been looking for this one but could never find it. But then I did! Got it super fast through ebay. Ebay is awesome!
