I never received this item and because I only lost $9.99 eBay didn't think that it was worth going after the seller for. When I left negitive feed back for the seller, the seller left negitive feed back ruining my perfect feedback and eBay did nothing for my benifit. The seller has a history of cheating people, but, because he is a poor seller, it seems that eBay dosen't care about what this seller is doing to other peoples feedback ratings or that he is stealing $10.00 at a time from other eBay buyers. I'm disappointed with eBay's rules that don't help the little guy. I am also disappointed with PayPal -eBay company- because of another issue I had with a seller that ripped me off for $31.00. PayPay -eBay company- returned my money, but charged "me" $25.00" for getting it back and not charging the guy that ripped me off anything. So it seemed like if they helped me, I had to pay for there service and it they didn't help me, I lost money anyway.
