I like that there are two short routines and one is for ladies when it's that time. Perfect! I bought this for weight loss and to get my body moving again. I definitely feel a difference. Worth the purchase!

Wanted to buy it because I wanted to do AM yoga. Like the video because it is easy to do and I still feel like I get a good work out. Very calming video to exercise to.

Great video. I really like the title.....it fits. Yoga is so great for strengthening your core muscles. It helps prevent back injuries and promotes flexibility and helps with issues such as fibromyalgia and arthritis- to keep those joints and muscles tone and fluid. I recommend Yoga for anyone willing to try. Even if you have to scale it down due to physical limitations. Do what moves you can and keep trying.
