good condition. Service is fast. Will use again. Love the book!
If you would like to have a healthy back and be flexible- you need to spent time every day to work on yourself. But usially we don't have a lot of time- so 3 minutes a day can save your back health and boost your morning.
Just develope a habbit to do it!
