I thought the title was a little confusing

I purchased this book thinking that it would have recipes that would be useful in dieting. It was my fault for not completely reading the description of the book that I was ordering. This is a small, pocketbook size book to take along with you when you are eating out. It gives suggestions as to what would be appropriate and better for you when eating fast foods or restaurant foods - which is great!.
Dr. Cruise has another book that actually explains the 3-Hour Diet, that I was actually looking for when I purchased this one, and I will be ordering it. I think his method of dieting makes very good sense. It is not one of those "starve and you will lose" diets. He explains that eating every 3 hours keeps your metabolism up and working with your body to help lose the extra pounds, where the low calories and starving yourself is just working against you. I will buy his other book and read further into his theory. I was interested in this type of book because I have had gastric bypass surgery and they told us to eat small meals at least 5 times a day with eating our protein first. So, I believe that his first book will be of great benefit to me in trying to think of things to eat every 3 hours.
