I'm an habitual dieter and I've tried everything. What I like about this plan is the concept of timing. It gives you a plan to follow and I like that it promises a heather and slimmer body! I eat whatever I want but strive for portion control and watch that time. I have only been on a few weeks and have lost 2# each week as promised. I also strive to eat healthy food but I generally eat what I want which makes it easier for a busy person like me. I concentrate on the amount. The first day I ate way too much! But now I feel so much more in control and get fuller faster. A GREAT PLUS FOR ME - the CRAVINGS HAVE DIMINISHED!!! I haven't finished the book - once I got the idea and the science behind it. But it was enough to be an eye-opener for me. I recommend it but remember to strive to eat healthy fruits, vegetables and watch the portions - which is easier on this diet. BUT you can still have the foods and treats you like!
