Movie Description
THE KILL FACTOR: Detective Ash (Jim Kelly) must protect a woman who has the secret to a destructive weapon in a microchip implanted in her forehead. When "The Pig" creates an "ice bomb" that destroys people but leaves property intact, Ash goes on a mission to stop him before he can use the weapon.
