Fighters Destiny (Nintendo 64, 1998)

Fighter's Destiny is is different then most beat'em ups. In stead of the usual win 2 rounds, you have must score 7 stars. These stars, which are displayed under the character's health gauge, can be earned in a variety of ways. Knocking the character off of the fighting platform (a "Ring Out") is worth one star, taking down an opponent with a throw nets the player two stars, while a typical K.O. is worth three stars and executing a "special" is worth four. Finally, if the adjustable time counter runs out, then the winner is awarded one star by virtue of judge's decision. By default setting, the first fighter to score seven points wins the match. Fighters Destiny offers five different gameplay modes( Vs. Com, Masterchallenge,...).

this game is awsome it doesnt look like it but it was one of the fighting games ive ever played the graphics are kinda godd but what do you expect from a n64

The game works great. I decided to buy this game because all through my childhood I loved it and I went to go play it years later and couldn't find it. It is everything I expected.

It's worth the money to get Fighter Destiny now but I still enjoy fighting games in 2-D. For example, Street Fighter EX just wasn't as fun as the classic 2-D ones.
