Love: Very informative
Like: Offers freedom to manipulate areas of diet to better suit personal lifestyle.
Could Improve: Needs to provide just a little bit more guidance when beginning, i.e. shopping lists, structured soup recipes, etc. Also, book contains typos and differentiates from daily plan on website.
* As for the diet itelf, requires a lot of willpower and determination and its very hard to lead a normal social life while on this diet. However results are as promised: weight loss, vitality, energy, health. Also, I believe this diet may be aimed towards older people, or those who are ailing. A younger, relatively 'toxic' person will have just as easy a time losing weight combinig aspects of this diet with portion control and excercise. *
