There are a lot of lists out there...this is the best!

You get far more than a rehash of 202 popular items for resale in this book. In fact, the 202 "items" are not really items at all but whole categories of items. Several items are then named within each category. What the book does not do is break things down by brand name (for the most part) or designer. This may be because doing so would sail it to the out of date pile quickly.
The best part about the book is that you get an entire primer on where and how to buy and where and how to re-sell before you ever get to the 202 items with many resources sited. Once you get to the items, you don't just get a list, you get half a page or more that begins with a description. After the description, each category contains a small chart that tells you the best places to buy the particular items in question, the best places to sell them, and it gives you telephone numbers and website URLs for good research and/or buying resources. These last two areas obviously have the potential to become dated but that is to be expected for this type of publication. The book is fully indexed for maximum usefulness.
