Messed up freezer

The freezer was not the one that was shown. The one we received was bashed in at the bottom and parts were missing. It looked liked it came from a garbage dump. One of the most messed up item I have ever received and I have received many items. we returned the item which cost us a lot of money to ship back. We sure didn't make out on this. Mosr items are in excellent condition. Thank you.
