Brilliant Novel
This is a must-have for the Atwood enthusiast - probably her most brilliant literary achievement to date - rich in texture, scenery, emotion, and juicy words and sentences. That said, it is a dense read, moving at a mcuh slower pace than some of her other works. It is a story-within-a-story; about a writer and the characters in a story she writes. I bought The Blind Assassin for my spouse, who wants a complete hardcover collection of Atwood. We consider her to be one of the best contemporary authors.
