150 Cartoon Classics (DVD, 2006, 4 - DVDs)

I wanted to buy this cartoon because it was advertised as having Bugs Bunny & crew, but there were only a few such cartoons at the end of the last disk. Many of the cartoons were old black-and-white ones from the 30's, such as Betty Boop. There was also a risque European (French) cartoon in the mix, that shows a topless woman running down the streets, not suitable for children. Otherwise, lots of cartoons for the money.

I love old cartoons! Mighty mouse was one of my favorites. I love casper and popeye. I mean, you just can't find those kind of cartoons anymore. I collect old cartoons, so this was a great purchase for me.

This movie(s) brought back what cartoons are suppose to be. Bought because have a granddaughter and wanted her to have the imagination and laughter that children are meant to have and enjoy. She thouroughly enjoys them. So do I. Brings back alot of wonderful memories. Everybody should have a set of all the old cartoons and slow down and enjoy.

I couldn't believe it, when I saw this item listed. Had been looking for classic cartoons for my 5 year old grandson. I want him to appreciate them as well as watch cartoons I watched, when I was little.

I was looking for might mouse cartoons. My children had never seen them before. This dvd had alot more than just mighty mouse on it and was exciting to sit and watch with my children. Alot of the cartoons were in black and white and didnt have sound and my kids thought that was a hoot that people use to watch tv like that.

I like it because I am an older retiree and I remember these from when I was a child. You do not see these types of cartoons today and it is neat to view.

I purchased this DVD under the impression that I would be getting alot of cartoons that I didn't get. Instead, I only got a handful of them with a whole lot of classic cartoons from the 30's and 40's. Alot of short cartoons with alot of unheard of characters. There are some Popeye, Betty Boop, Casper and Three Stooges cartoons, but I was to understand from the advertisement that there would also be some Woody Woodpecker, Superman, and Bugs Bunny cartoons, which there are none. I bought this DVD for my 5 year old twin daughters and not only was I disappointed, but so were they. I do know that this collection is a good one for the variety and quantity of cartoons you get for the $$, You just don't get what is expected when buying. As far as the seller goes, they are a wonderful store to buy from as far as service goes. I did get it in a very short amount of time and I would recommend them to anyone. However, just make sure you know what you are getting before you purchase this particular DVD. I hope this review has been helpful.

One day I was thinking to myself...what happened to all of the old cartoons that I used to watch when I was a kid? I began searching far and wide for some of these cartoons and finally came to eBay. I found them after only one search! I purchased the DVD collection at a very reasonable price and received it after only 4 or 5 days! The DVD's are great and they sure do bring back memories! I hate that they stopped showing these cartoons on TV, but at least I have them now to watch whenever I please!

My son loves the classic cartoons. He loved it. He loves old the popeye, casper, and woodywood pecker cartoons from when we were kids. Its hard to find cartoons that I feel he can watch at any time of the day. This is great if you like old school.

This product is probably not what the buyer is expecting, it has very short cartoon skits which may i add are not the cartoons on the cover or that you are expecting there are a lot of racial cartoons that may not be suitable for sensitive viewers they kind of hurt and woody wood pecker ,popeye and etc. very little i don't recommend this product, ecspecially not for your children, its just a misleading product with mostly fillers to make it seem like your getting a lot of caroons.

These are some of the best cartoons made and are still making children laugh today so this is a great set for the entire family to enjoy compared with the garbage they show today you can't beat this type of cartoons. The reason I bought this collection is because I prefer these cartoons as a much better cartoon to whats on television today.

My nephews wanted to experience Mighty Mouse cartoons. There are cartoons I never heard of but just about no Mighty Mouse included. I would never have purchased this DVD if it was accurately described.

These old cartoons are classics. If you are looking to rekindle cartoons from your early childhood days. Well, this is it! I'm sure you will enjoy this just as much as I have. Sit back, relax , and get ready to laugh!

Do you remember old time classic cartoons like Betty Boop, Little Audrey, Popeye, The Three Stooges and Mighty Mouse? Then you will love this DVD Set. There are 150 cartoons,some in color and many of them in black and white. The quality is a bit sub-standard on a few of them but you need to remember that many of these have been out of production for 50 years or more. I had a great time watching these classic cartoons and I think you will too!

I liked that they were classics, cartoons i watched as a kid, now my kids can watch them. Cant find this DVD anywhere else.

I don't like an of the cartoons on TV today so I wanted my grandkids to see what I liked when I was young.

Well i never recieved the movie. I did try and get in touch with the seller and never once did they respond until i finally field a claim. The seller did refund my money after all that. I hated not getting it cause it was a birthday gift for my son but at least i got my money back!!!

I like this product because they are cartoons that I grew up with and you can't find them anywhere anymore and surprisingly enough my little ones like these cartoons also and they are very attentive to them.

I received those DVD and I don't like it. For one the case was toren the pieces and I don't know anything about those cartoon on that DVD. I Thought it was going to be the cartoon that I knew.

Great old time videos for my nephews. They loved it! I also enjoyed them as well to see videos of the past.

What a joy to view these classic cartoons after so long. They bring back faded memories of childhood, of times of innocence. It is so soothing to escape the chaos of the modern world. Even though the quality is somewhat faded, so am I.

It was agreat buy and was delievered in a very timely manner. I bought this DVD for my 95 year old Father-in-Law and wanted to give to hime for Christmas. I have shopped around and found this to be a good $10 to $15 dollars than in the discoung stores. The DVD was in perfect shape as described. He enjoyed the cartoons and was one of his best gifts. It was a great buy and the vendor was very easy to work with. I would purchase other items from this person without any hesitation.
