12 Day Body Shaping Miracle by Michael Thurmond (2007, Hardcover)

I take bits and pieces from all fitness and nutrition books I read and then combine them all together for what works for me. I did initially lose 8lbs or so with the Six Day Michael Thurmond book but No Salt in my diet and No Fat was causing me problems. My skin became very dry and itchy my hair lost its shine and luster and I basically enjoy eating and cannot eliminate salt period! Too extreme for me. I went back to South Beach which for me I LOVED. Its just at age 49 the Dairy and Meat was making the Hot Flashes relentless! However I revamped that as well and am doing much better less the red meat and cheese. Also I workout a bit harder and lift somewhat heavier than this exercise shows but you can get a good start into working out with this book. I would recommend this for beginners to fitness especially as it blueprints. Its worth it if you sweat!

Brought this because a friend of mine referred it.I've every other other diet in the book and this one deserves a try.
