This was a great book on servant leadership. The author gives great illustrations on applying the principles of servant leadership as given by Jesus. He expounds upon many of the problems modern religion faces with wanting to follow a worldly model of leadership instead of a servant model. Great book for anyone interested in leadership, religion, Jesus, and helping an organization grow spiritually.
