This book's character is a Russian Immigrant who is disappointed in the American Way and wants to get even. He meets another group of people and they build a lab in the basement and create havoc. If you have read any of Robin Cook's books, you will recognize Jack from Contagion and Choromesome 6. Yes, he is back in this book and discovers that something is very wrong.
