11:14 (DVD, 2005)

This is my recent favorite movie. The movie tells the story of different sets of characters. The story-telling is like Pulp Fiction or Vantage Point where it revolves around the same time and place, but the story is told from different characters' point of views. I love the music in the movie. It is very whimsical and sets the mood that the events happening are very weird. But the best part of the movie is how the viewer is given the strange ending first without much detail and then the details are revealed as the movie progresses. I'm just a sucker for movies like this.

The movie starts at around 11:14 and ends at 11:14. It starts with a guy driving into a town talking on a cell phone. The story takes a strange and bizarre turn of events and ends leaving the viewer wondering what just happened! The film then "rewinds" to five minutes before the previous story and the viewer is now greeted with a new set of characters with a different story. This repeats about five times and each story and character interacts with the previous story/character from a different viewpoint. Once the film gets to the last character/story, the film has come to a complete circle and the viewer sees the big picture about what happened at 11:14.

If you are looking for a movie which has action & drama that wasn't very advertised and hard to find in stores this is a good pick. Hillary Swank filmed Million Dollar Baby around the same time and because of the near same release times this movie wasn't really marketed. If you are a fan of dark humor, a good twisted plot, a movie filled with famous actors I recommend this movie. 11:14 is a time which everything seems to occur and tie together. This is similar to the movie Crash.

A strong cast in a very original, holistically-told tale of fate. Five lives converge as if magnetically pulled to disaster. A vortex of destruction gains more and more power over their lives with each bad decision. This is a refreshingly creative movie...I highly recommend it!

I like the fact that Patric Swayze Is Main Player, I can't hardly wait to get enough time to watch it. I am sure it will exceed my expectation.

THIS IS A OK MOVIE NOT QUITE A B GRADE THINGS HAPPEN AND GOES BACK TO SHOW HOW IT ALL CONNECTS TOGETHER. WAS DISAPPOINTED WHAT A SMALL PART PATRICK SWAYZE PLAYED IN IT. HE WAS THE REASON I BOUGHT IT.

My 20 year old son was intrigued by this movie. It is a mystery and he enjoyed not understanding the title until the movie was over. He really enjoyed it because it was interesting and different. Though I enjoyed the story, I personally think the foul language goes overboard and doesn't enhance the story but I feel that way with a lot of offerings from today's movie industry.

One of those movies that different stories intertwine to come to a head at the ending (Crash, The Air I Breathe). A must to add to your DVD collection if you enjoy this kind of movie. Very fast delivery and I am very pleased with my purchase.

I bought the movie to add to my collection of Patrick Swayze movies. The price was great along with s/h but I was not happen when recieved. There was no outside jacket. That was not mentioned.

I like the twisty turny kinda-plot, and this one has it. Add some name recognishion / good acting to the list of attributes and you have your self a sick little twisted Indy film. Dark humor fan a must if you are buying this one.

The DVD was shipped with no problems and in great condition..thank you. I would definitely use this seller again. This DVD reminds me of my close friends

I bought this movie because I saw it with my father and wanted my boyfriend to see it. We live on a boat and have a video collection.

Good movie, way better that that sorry, waste of 2 hours of my life, Bable! I've actually watched it three times since I got it, to catch all the little things that I miss the first time

this is a great movie, all different kind of scence lead to one big scence. The best movie i ever seen, if you havent seen this movie buy it now and watch it. you will love this movie.

This is a great movie! It has many twists and turns that come together in the end. I first saw it on IFC ( Independent Film Channel) and loved it! Many great actors/actresses too! A must have for the collector!

I never even received this item. The seller took the money out of my paypal account & I had to submit a disput through paypal in order to get my money back. The seller would not respond to any of my emails. I would not recomend anyone purchasing from this seller. I had a horrible experience.

I thought this movie was very interesting. I really liked the way the director brought it all together! I've always liked mysteries and movies with a twist. I had seen it once before a while back and I just had to have it!

Unbelievable genius writing and directing. You've never seen a movie with this format. Sit back, don't ask questions and have patience and enjoy it. Everything will be explained at the end. Take a minute at the end to absorb it all in and while you hold your jaw from hitting the floor.

This is one of those movies you can watch over and over again and always find something new. The DVD also has some cool features to help with that... it's similar to one of those choose your own ending books. At first I didn't think I was going to like this movie. It's one of those you have to stick with it for awhile to get into it. Now it's on my favorites list!

This movie has a all-star cast from the past to present great movie and great plot, know you'll love it.

it is so unfortunate and also a shame that 11:14 was not really released in the theaters and missed its opportunity to make millions of dollars. it has an amazing cast and a great style that anyone will appreciate. coming from a young director, 11:14 is genuinely entertaining and very stylish in its own way. you can see some influence from maybe Tarantino's PULP FICTION or the movie, GO and the director does a great job of incorporating the elements that people have seen before into the movie. bottomline is that if you wanna be entertained and like movies such as GO and PULP FICTION, you gotta watch this movie. even if you're not familiar with PULP FICTION, you still gotta watch this as the movie is well-produced, well acted and just plain fun!

Considering Crash won best movie of the year, I can honestly say that I enjoyed this movie well beyond the way crash left me feeling. Never a dull moment. Even watched twice in one evening, that's how much I enjoyed it.
