I expected more from this book than I got. It is filled with quilting blocks and instructions on how to achieve that quilt you have always wanted. For me it lacked creative blocks. It seems to have mostly basic blocks and typical blocks that you see everyday. I was looking for unique patterns and if you are, you won't be to thrilled. If you want a basic how to book on basic and everyday blocks, this book is a must have. It is well developed and easy to understand for a beginner. Great for easy to do blocks and beginner impressive quilts.
