To be honest I purchased this book because I'm a "fiber addict," I did my "stuff" for berroco for a couple of years along with custom knits for my local yarn shop. This book is a great learning tool (textbook if you will) for beginners up to experienced knitters. Imagine customizing you knits for you or others. DK weight yarn is featured in this book.

This is the most unique knitting book I've ever seen. You can mix and match patterns and make any style sweater you'd like. The pages are divided to you can have the body of one style, the sleeves another, the collar also different. Just flip the pages to create your own personalized design. The instructions are very easy to understand. I found it a lot of fun to change patterns and see all the different options. The photographs are beautiful and it even has a section on Useful Information. I love this book! I bought it at a knitting show and though it was a little more than I wanted to spend, I just had to have it. I highly recommend this book to all those who love to make sweaters of all sizes.

This is the perfect book if you are really into knitting sweaters, or want to knit the perfect sweater, but can't find a pattern. Every option you can imagine can easily be incorporated into your design.
