This book is a fun read; very informative and practical. Makes a great Birthday or Retirement gift too! I bought several copies as gifts along with one for myself; can't wait to visit some of the locations highlighted in this fabulous compilation of attractions.....

Shows the obvious stuff to see, but also gives you ideas of what else there is to see that you might otherwise miss out on.

Each item has a description about that particular site.

I'm finding it a very enjoyable book to have. First thing, we started looking to see how many sites we had already been to. We'll have this with us from now on when we go on road trips or vacations.

The book is thick, but not large so it can be easily put in a tote bag or even a storage nook of the car.

the book is an excellent source of information for planning a vacation. I like the book because it is concise and easily readable. I bought it because of the low price on e-bay and I got what I paid for.

I bought this book for a road trip I took out west. It is an excellent book to have and made it very easy to see some interesting and awe-inspiring things, some I probably wouldn't haven't seen otherwise. I would recommend this book to the hefty traveler or a once-in-a-lifetime traveler.

the descriptions of the places are great. hopefully, we will to visit several one day. the descriptions are ver colorful it makes you want to be there today..each place has its own feelings. my hope is that we can visit several of the places. we will definitely have to save our nickels for our visits to come true. i would like to keep a scrap book of our visits so we can keep a record of our visits and be able to so our many friends. the childre will love the places when visit because they will have so much to do.. we will go with friends and family. i have shown my family and friends the book and they want borrow the book to make plans for visits to the the destinations.
